Mushroom Bourbon Cream Sauce

This simple mushroom bourbon cream sauce is a great addition to grilled steaks, chicken, or pork. Is is so easy and really add a ton of delicious flavors your meal.

Ingredients

Baby portabella mushrooms - 2- 8 oz. packages
Butter 1/4 stick 
Cream - 1 cup
Honey mustard - tablespoon
Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
Bourbon - 1 shot

Preparation

Slice your mushrooms really thin. 

In a frying pan add your 1/4 stick of butter, once melted add your mushrooms and sweat them down with salt and pepper. Once they have reduced add your cream, honey mustard, soy, and bourbon.

Cook until the mixture thickens. 

That's it! Absolutely delicious.
