Baked Chicken Thighs

What's more delicious than crispy tender chicken.  Simple to put together after work and still have a healthy nutritious meal.


Ingredients

Chicken Thighs - 8 
Garlic powder
Onion powder 
Salt
Pepper
Butter or olive oil

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.

In a 9 x 13 baking dish place your chicken thighs.

Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Brush skin with a light coating of butter or olive oil. 

Bake for 1 hour or until your chicken is fully cooked. If using a meat thermometer the internal temperature should be no less than 175 degrees fahrenheit

One of our favorite side dishes to pair with the chicken are caramelized brussel sprouts, roasted asparagus, or broccoli rabe. 

Serves 4 - 6
