Deviled Eggs

A simple to make classic appetizer recipe that only requires a few ingredients. Perfect for any gathering and they turn out fabulous every time.

Ingredients
Eggs - 12
Mayonnaise - 3/4 cup
Mustard - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Paprika - garnish
Dill weed - garnish

Preparation
Place your eggs in a pot of cold water. Eggs should be thoroughly covered with water. Over high heat bring the eggs to a boil and then reduce to low heat for 7 minutes. Once the 7 minutes is up turn off heat. Let eggs stand for about 10-15 minutes then rinse under cold water. Carefully peel your eggs not damaging the white of the egg.

Cut the eggs lengthwise, remove the yoke into a seperate bowl.

Once you have placed all of the yokes in a bowl add mayonnaise, mustard, and salt. Mix until creamy. You can do this by hand or using a mixer.

Using a spoon of pastry bag fill the white of egg with the yoke mixture.

Garnish with a little paprika and dill.

Simple as that!

Variations
The possibilities are endless. Sweet relish, tabasco, bacon,  green onion... whatever you like.

Enjoy!
